The University of Auckland
The University of Auckland offers large purpose-built lecture theatres, ideal for hosting Tāmaki Herenga Waka. The conference hub will be centred at Waipapa Marae and Arts 1.
The registration desk will be in the wharekai at Waipapa Marae.
The powhiri, conference opening, Te Rangikaheke lecture, and other sessions will be held in the wharenui, Tānenuiarangi.
All the arrival coffee/tea and lunches will be served at the wharekai.
Arts 1 Building
Most of the conference sessions will be held in Arts 1 (Building 206, Level 2), home of the School of Humanities in the Faculty of Arts. The building offers a range of lecture and seminar rooms that complement the other conference venues.
All the morning and afternoon teas will be served at Arts 1.
We will host the Beaglehole lecture within the Library lecture theatres.
